You choose your billing cycle—monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The longer the cycle, the bigger the discount (10 % for quarterly, 20 % for yearly).
Yes! We do accept bank transfers. If you’d prefer to pay that way, please get in touch with us at info@eslando.com and we’ll provide bank details and instructions.
You can view prices in many global currencies. We use secure payments by Stripe, they support 135+ currencies and accepts payments from customers in over 195 countries. All subscriptions are billed in GBP; displayed amounts in other currencies are estimates and may vary slightly with exchange rates

If your payment fails, you’ll have 7 days to update your payment details. You can update your payment details at any time from the Billing section in your Settings. If after 7 days you haven’t updated your payment method, your account will be temporarily blocked until updated.
Yes. Customers on the Buyer Connect plan can upgrade to the Core plan at any time from their account dashboard.
Customers on the Core plan can also upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription from the dashboard. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. Please note that no refunds are provided for the current billing period.
