We operate the website https://www.eslando.com (the ‘Site‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the ‘Legal Terms‘) (collectively, the ‘Services‘).

1. Overview
Eslando operates a subscription-based marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of recyclable textile feedstock.
Access to certain features of the platform requires a paid subscription plan.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for access to the Eslando marketplace platform, including services provided through marketplace.eslando.com.
This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled.
2. Subscription Plans
Eslando currently offers the following plans:
Buyer Connect Plan (Free)
A free plan that allows users to create a company profile, post sourcing demands (RFQs), and connect with sellers on the marketplace.
Core Plan (Paid Subscription)
A paid plan that provides full marketplace access, including the ability to create sales listings and connect with both buyers and sellers.
Subscription fees for the Core Plan are billed in GBP (£) on a recurring basis.
3. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments made for the Core Plan are non-refundable.
Once a billing cycle has started, we do not provide refunds or credits for:
partial use of the subscription period
unused features
account inactivity
mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades
Users will retain access to the Core Plan until the end of the current billing period.
4. Upgrades
Users on the Buyer Connect Plan may upgrade to the Core Plan at any time through their account dashboard.
When upgrading, billing for the Core Plan will begin immediately.
5. Downgrades and Cancellations
Users on the Core Plan may downgrade to the Buyer Connect Plan or cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.
6. Billing and Currency
All subscription payments are processed in GBP (£).
If prices are displayed in other currencies on the website, these are approximate conversions provided for reference only.
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees depending on your location.
7. Platform Fees
Eslando currently charges 0% commission on successful trades conducted through the marketplace.
Users are responsible for negotiating and completing transactions independently.
8. Changes to This Policy
Eslando reserves the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
