Eslando provides a digital subscription service that begins immediately upon payment. To keep our pricing simple and fair, please note the following:

1. Subscriptions

  • Monthly plan: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid month. Payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Quarterly and yearly plans: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We may provide a full or partial refund only if:

  • You were charged in error (for example, duplicate payment), or

  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

3. How to request a refund

Please email info@eslando.com within 14 days of the billing date if you believe you qualify for a refund.
Include:

  • Your account email

  • Payment reference/receipt

  • Reason for the request

We review requests within 5 business days and will confirm approval or denial by email.

4. Free Trials or Promotions

If a free trial or promotional period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial without payment.
