Eslando is a professional marketplace designed to connect businesses involved in textile recycling, waste management, and circular supply chains.
To maintain a trusted and productive environment for all participants, users must follow these Community Guidelines when using the platform.
These guidelines apply to all activity on:

1. Professional Marketplace Conduct
Eslando is designed for business-to-business collaboration.
All users are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with other marketplace participants.
Users must not:
harass or threaten other users
use abusive or discriminatory language
send spam or unsolicited promotions
misuse messaging features for marketing campaigns
Eslando reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in inappropriate behaviour.
2. Accurate Listings and Information
Listings and sourcing requests should contain clear and accurate information.
When publishing a listing or RFQ, users should provide:
material type
approximate composition (if known)
quantity or volume
location of the material
relevant processing information
clear images where possible
Users must not post listings that are intentionally misleading or fraudulent.
3. Prohibited Materials
The platform may not be used to trade or promote materials that are:
illegal to trade or transport
hazardous or dangerous without appropriate disclosure
counterfeit or stolen goods
materials that violate applicable waste or environmental regulations
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Responsible Trading
Eslando provides a platform to help users connect, but all transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
Users are responsible for:
conducting their own due diligence
verifying material quality
agreeing on pricing and logistics
ensuring regulatory compliance for transport and recycling
Eslando does not inspect or verify listings unless additional services are requested.
5. Messaging and Communication
Messaging tools should only be used for legitimate marketplace interactions.
Users must not:
send spam messages
harvest contact details
attempt phishing or fraud
send bulk promotional content
Abuse of messaging features may result in account suspension.
6. Respecting Intellectual Property
Users must only upload content that they have the rights to share.
This includes:
photographs
documents
company logos
product descriptions
Content that infringes intellectual property rights may be removed.
7. Platform Integrity
Users must not attempt to:
disrupt the platform
access restricted areas of the system
scrape data or harvest marketplace information
interfere with the security of the platform
Any attempt to compromise the platform may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Reporting Issues
If you encounter suspicious activity, misleading listings, or inappropriate behaviour, please report it to us.
